# Question about team member permissions

Hello, I would like to ask:  
If a team member (who does not have an upgraded individual account) creates a game using the **team’s Conference Plan “create” permission** ,  
can they still host a game for up to **1,000 participants**?

Hi @ngthanhtu83,

Welcome to the Crowdpurr Community forum! Great question.

Indeed, if a Team Member with the **CREATE** permission level specifically creates a Team Experience, then the newly-created Experience will also reflect the Team Owner’s upgraded **Conference Plan** level. The following screenshot illustrates the Team Member’s options when attempting to create a new Experience:

However, if a Team Member opts to create a **Personal** Experience instead, this Experience will only show up under their own Crowdpurr account and will reflect their own plan level. _(i.e. Basic Plan)_
