This week while using the new Drag 'n Drop question format, a customer using a small iPhone was unable to scroll down to the “Submit” button. When they tried to scroll down it only changed the order of the answers.

While we haven’t received similar reports, we’d be happy to investigate this issue further. Do you happen to recall the specific iPhone model the affected player was using? Additionally, did this issue occur for other players using a different iPhone model or other types of mobile devices?
I believe they said it was an iphone6. No other participants told me they were having this problem.
