Hello! I’ve encountered something unique. We were testing out at the office, and I had a colleague make multiple burner accounts to figure out the answers to a crowd controlled question. I was able to disable multiple logins, and remove his player profile in the “Leads Tab” but I can’t remove the ranking his profile had. Is there a way to remove it without erasing the rest of the content?
Hi @tom1 ,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m happy to help.
Removing participants from the purple Leads tab –> Participants list is actually designed to remove the player’s rankings, scores, lead capture, etc. As you mentioned creating multiple accounts to test out a game, do you happen to recall if there were duplicate player accounts with the same name? For instance, if two Player As were created and one was deleted, the second Player A may still appear on the rankings.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Help Desk at help@crowdpurr.com with the specific Experience Code and details as we’d be happy to assist you further.
Slightly off topic, but would it be possible for these dormant users to time out and come off the list automatically. I have users that occasionally have difficulty getting in and may try more than once, creating ghost users.
