Size of Social Wall Photos?

Hi All,

What is the size of the photos for the Social Walls? It seems the settings have changed now only to allow ‘square’ pictures instead of horizontal pictures, and no one can upload their photos without the system trying to crop them to a square size. Any help, suggestions, or fixes for this would be great. What’s weird is that this seems to have just happened as we have quite a few horizontal pictures on there now - but nothing new can be uploaded without this issue. Please help!

Thanks for posting this. Just wanted to let you know that we’ve received it and will look into it today and report back shortly.

We did recently make some changes to image uploading and this make have affected the cropping of images on the social wall when uploading. Will review and confirm.
