Is anyone here willing to provide some feedback on this quiz about Modern Christmas Toys. I’m pretty proud of it, but I also wrote it so I’m not exactly partial.

Overall, I think you hit some really well-known toys and the game works well. My only suggestion would be to maybe provide more images of the toys in question. Visual clues can go a long way towards more enjoyable gameplay for your players, especially with regards to a topic like Christmas toys. Those visual clues would definitely be helpful for non parents, grandparents, or parents of older children who might not be 100% familiar with all the toys in question, but might recognize them from their cultural footprint. Hope this is helpful and happy quizzing!

Ok great. someone else suggested I re-order some of the questions to front load the beginning of the quiz with easier questions. I will take your feedback and theirs to make the quiz awesome.
Are you still looking for new quiz writers? I really enjoyed putting this quiz together.

I agree with re-ordering some of the questions for sure. As a part time live host myself I have found that players are more excited and engaged when they can nail the first few questions in a game, and, for the most part, they’re less disappointed by incorrect answers on the later, more difficult questions. That high of early success seems to permeate the whole game. So, at least in my experience, front loading your games with easier questions is a great recipe for success and repeat players.
Currently we are not looking for new game writers, but, should anything change, we will definitely include this community forum in our search. Meanwhile, keep putting your own games together, each one’s just a touch more rewarding than the last.
