I would like to know how to view my audience statistics for each game or for all games together.
When I finish a game and the ranking results are deleted, I don’t know how many viewers I had for that game.
How can I find out how many viewers I have had since I created the account for each game or for all games in general? Thank you.
All of your participant data, including the total count of participants, is saved in each trivia game experience after you run it. You can review the Quick Stats in the upper-right corner of the Experience Dashboard.
Additionally, you can export to a spreadsheet all participants and their lead capture after running an experience.
The only way the rankings, participants, or data are deleted are if you reset the trivia game and choose to remove the participant data (which we don’t recommend doing if you need the data). You should export your data prior to doing a reset.
If you have already reset your experiences and removed the data, unfortunately the data is deleted and removed. We do not retain your personal data that you wish to be deleted, per GDPR regulations.
