Official Version Updates

Version 4.8.0 - Bug Fixes

Minor Updates

  • Trivia questions now allow up to 5000 points per question. This increase was a customer request to allow more flexibility in scoring.
  • The Presentation View no longer displays the Disconnected notification if the browser disconnects from the Internet. Based on customer feedback, this was an unhelpful distraction to participants. It still displays on the Experience Dashboard to let the host know if there is a disconnection.
  • When triggering the Call All Squares function in bingo games, a confirmation dialog now appears on the Experience Dashboard to confirm this action (also if triggered from the Presentation View). Based on customer feedback, this function could be triggered accidentally too easily.
  • Any Crowdpurr users, especially new users, with pending Crowdpurr Team invite are now always routed to the Team page to accept/deny the team invitation upon every log in.
  • Added design improvements to the Experience Dashboard’s Summary → Print View

Bug Fixes :lady_beetle:

  • Fixed an issue where Crowdpurr team members could potentially not see a shared trivia game’s rankings on the Rankings tab and exporting them to CSV would fail. The Participants List could also potentially fail to export. (CPDV-610, CPDV-617).
  • Fixed an issue where Crowdpurr team members with EDIT access on a trivia game were still limited to the Basic Plan 15 question limit when opening the Trivia Library to add library questions or generate AI questions from the Experience Dashboard on a shared experience that was Classroom Plan or above (CPDV-615).
  • Fixed an issue where editing multiple fields on a question’s Edit Question Panel (and also Edit Answer Panel when editing answer options) on the Experience Dashboard could potentially fail with an error (CPDV-614).
  • Fixed an issue on the Participant View that caused the Show Rankings Leaderboard sound effect to no longer play.
  • Fixed an issue on the Experience Dashboard where trying to use a Question’s Rewrite with AI function on an active experience would cause a browser refresh when clicking Generate. The Rewrite with AI button now correctly disables for live experiences.
  • Fixed a minor bug on the Participant View related to the color picker that was causing a log error to display.
