Question about available Trivia games. Searching and how to find what's available

When I search for a specific Trivia game to see if it’s available, it always says that my search matches 1000 out of 2248 games, yet I do not get 1000 results…there are only 25 or 30 or whatever, and they seem to be in a haphazard order with some the results not even relevant to the search (not even one question in the game relevant to the search) Is there a way to see more results, or get the search function to sort the results by relevance?

When I download the complete list, it’s not complete as there are things in the list that I cannot seem to find via searching, and there are games I know I’ve used that are not on the list.

My specific example: I’m looking for Lord of the Rings trivia. Just searching “Lord of the Rings” yields a result in the list for “Lord of the Rings 1” but it’s somewhere in the middle, and it implies there is a “2” but there is not. Searching “The Two Towers” yields a result for a trivia game called “Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers” but this did not come up during the original search for “Lord of the Rings”. There does not appear to be a Trivia game for Return of the King. In the downloaded complete list, there is a “Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring” game in the list, but cannot find it via search.

Follow-up question: Is there a way that we can request specific Trivia games to be made?

Thank you!

Hi @tilt.karaoke,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for providing all of these details! I’ve forwarded your feedback over to our development team for further review on the current search function behavior. We’ll be sure to report back once we’ve received an update on this.

In the meantime, I’m happy to report that we do have an existing thread where you can jot down specific trivia topics you’d like to see in the Trivia Library:

Our Trivia Library search could use some tuning. In the meantime, if you’re looking for something specific, try wrapping it in quotes. For example, try “Lord of the Rings” (instead of just Lord of the Rings) and you’ll get exact matches that include that phrase.

We’ll working on making it so it does this without the quotes needed as well.
