Looks like there is a small error in the ordering of “new” questions. ASC vs DEC 
Dates are reversed. Most current is now at the bottom of the list.

Side note: Wouldn’t it be great if you could rearrange the order of questions within the summary section of the dashboard, drag and drop style.
