[SOLVED] Question Media loading issue

Hey y’all!

Is anyone else having an issue with some media not showing on the back end? Some are loading and some aren’t - and in the latter case, I’m unable to delete or replace the media without just recreating the question in a new slide. Participants are still able to see the media, however. This issue just started today, as far as I know.

Hi @aj1,

Thanks for reporting this issue. Our Development Team has since fixed the Question Media issue, which previously affected Text Answer questions specifically. However, this issue has since been resolved so you should be able to upload and remove Question Images as normal.
