OK, it’s official… I HATE the spinning graphic on the questions screen!

Is there a way to turn it off?

Indeed, it looks like the spinning graphic may be loading due to the specific browser you’re using; however, we’d be happy to assist you with troubleshooting this glitch.

  • What browser are you currently experiencing this on? (i.e. Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge)
  • If possible, what version is the browser using at the moment?
  • Do you happen to have any plug-ins or extensions installed on the browser that may affect loading in app.crowdpurr.com?
  • Lastly, does this issue occur when using an entirely different web browser on the same device?

It appears to only be happening on Chrome.

Chrome is up to date

Version 102.0.5005.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Thank you for these continued details. Our team is currently working on reproducing the spinning graphic; however, we do have one follow-up question as they continue doing so. Have you tried clearing out your web browser cache? Clearing out a browser cache may help load the newest version of a website.

OK, I figured it out. It was the “OffCloud” Chrome extension that was causing the problem.
