Hello,
I’d like to suggest or request a feature to better identify when a participant is in the middle of an experience versus those that have finished already when looking at the backend Rankings tab. Unless I’m missing something, there doesn’t seem to be a way to know if a player is still in progress in an experience (and that’s why they have only answered X out of Y questions) or if they have completed it (and only got X out of Y questions correct.) I run a lot of crowd controlled trivia so that my workforce can participate at their leisure, so for me it would be nice to know when looking at that Rankings screen if someone just started it, or if they bombed it really bad.
Maybe it could be something that calculates the elapsed time since they started the experience. The amount of time that an experience can run for is more or less fixed based on the time per question, and the amount of time selected for anything auto displaying on the screen like live results, show notes, and the leaderboard. If you used the time elapsed, that would identify those that just started, those that are in the middle of the experience but haven’t finished, those that finished the last question, and those that have abandoned the experience altogether. For those that have abandoned, if they have exceeded the max time possible on the experience, they could be designated with a flag or color of some sort to indicate that they didn’t complete the experience, and maybe even what the final question viewed was.
The benefit to all of this is that it can help inform us as admins/creators of the experiences if an experience is maybe to hard or not enjoyable and give an avenue to gather additional feedback from participants about why they didn’t finish or anything else they’d like to share.
Thank you,
Justin Racklin
