QR Code Question

Hi Community!
I have a question regarding QR codes… so I have 3 rounds set up on my experience that link together. I have generated the QR code from the first round expecting that I can force players to move into the next round like I can when testing on the mobile view through my desktop. However when i actually scan the QR code and play along on my phone it doesn’t force players to move along. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for reaching out! Based on what you wrote, it sounds like the Next Round feature may have not been triggered in order to move your participants over to the next Crowdpurr Experience.

Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how to activate the Next Round to move players from one Experience to another:

  1. Finish Round 1 & Trigger Next Round: After ending the first Experience, you can select your desired Crowdpurr Experience as the set destination under the Next Round section. Once you’re ready to move participants over to the second Experience, click on the purple Go to Next Round button.

  2. Confirm Go to Next Round: The first step should result in a purple pop-up box confirming if you would like all players to advance to the next Experience, as displayed below. Finally, click on the purple Go To Next Round button in order to migrate your players over to the next Experience.

  3. Activate the Next Experience & Repeat Steps 1 to 2: You would then host the next Experience as normal and repeat the same process to move participants over to the next game.

After triggering the Next Round such as from Round 1 to Round 2, players who try to scan the first game’s QR code will automatically be routed to the second Experience.
