Just the past few days, when there is a set time for the question, it shows on the host view but not the user view. A user can refresh and the timer shows, but only for that question and they have lost time to answer the question.
Alternatively, if they can’t see the timer, they can still submit an answer even though the time is finished.

We’ve have fixed the issue in our latest version update 4.7.2. Please accept our apologies for any frustration you and your players experienced. It was a bug introduced in our 4.7.1 update.
